Group Donates $30-Million for U. of Missouri Athletics The gift from a group of anonymous donors, the second-largest in the university’s history, will support a sweeping plan to upgrade campus athletic facilities, The Kansas City Star reports. Singapore Pastor Charged With Using Church Funds for Wife's Pop Career The founder of a Singapore megachurch and four other officials with the organization are accused of concealing the diversion of millions of dollars to finance the singing career of the clergyman’s wife, Bloomberg and the BBC write.
